The Cell shall take the usual follow up action as prescribed in the NESM to obtain the result of the inclusion of requisite percentage of SC/ST category.
The Cell maintains up to date information regarding training Technical / Vocational workmen belonging to SC/ST categories with a view to find out employment for the SC & ST jobseekers.
An Annual Report showing the position regarding appointment of candidates belong to SC/ST by direct recruitment and by promotion in proforma. Appendix-IV-A & IV-B also a statement in the form Appendix-III, showing the total number of employees in each class of service indicating the number of employees belonging to SC/ST categories to the Administrative Deptt.
The Cell shall keep liaison with C.G.C. (Central Govt.) for all training programme of SC/ST conducted on behalf of State Director.
